We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred date and time. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows.

A standard residential shoot takes 1-2 hours depending on the property size. Larger estates, video walkthroughs, and Matterport scans may take longer.

Photos are delivered the next day. Video may take an additional day depending on how busy we are, and Matterport scans are typically ready within 24 hours as well.

A well-prepared home photographs significantly better. Here are the basics: remove clutter from countertops, tables, and floors; clean all surfaces and windows; make all beds and fluff pillows; hide personal items like toiletries, mail, and pet supplies; turn on every light in the home; open all blinds and curtains for natural light; move cars out of the driveway; and tidy up the yard and front entrance.
